The Senate Committee on Veterans Affairs held a confirmation hearing on Wednesday, December 19th for Judge William S. Greenberg, nominated by President Obama in November for the final seat on the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. At press time, the Senate was supposed to take a formal vote of approval, however this vote was delayed. NOVA is hopeful that the Senate will confirm Greenberg before the end of the year when the seat will expire.
