The Hill – Some issues have been largely overlooked in this presidential race, not the least of which has been the dismal state of veterans’ health care. This omission is not only insulting to America’s veterans – it is downright dangerous. The Department of Veterans Affairs has hardly changed since the wait-list scandal was uncovered in Phoenix – and then at other VA locations across the country – just over two years ago.
