On March 25, 2015, NOVA leadership will sit down with the VA’s General Counsel Leigh A. Bradley to discuss pressing issues faced by advocates representing our nation’s disabled veterans.
Working together, NOVA hopes to find realistic solutions to the challenges that sometimes hamper our best efforts to serve the veterans’ community.
Topics of discussion will include ex parte communications reported by NOVA members, denied access to records by paralegals, and the 2nd CAVC Bar and Bench Conference, among others.
NOVA is pleased General Counsel Bradley has accepted our request for a meeting. This is a great starting point for an open dialogue with the OGC and much needed input from both sides.
