The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit hears appeals from the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. It has limited jurisdiction, and can only hear cases that involve issues of law. An issue of fact cannot be appeal to the Federal Circuit. The Federal Circuit has issued new Rules of Practice, effective July 1, 2020.  The updated rules are available on the Court’s website, cafc.uscourts.gov/rules-of-practice.
