Justice.gov – Preet Bharara, United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Andriana Vamvakas, the New York District Director of the Department of Labor’s Office of Labor-Management Standards, and Jeffrey Hughes, Special Agent-in-Charge of the Northeast Field Office of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of the Inspector General, announced the indictment of Williams Davis, a former president of the American Federation of Government Employees.
