NOVA – On July 13, 2018, VA published the final updated skin conditions rating schedule, effective August 13, 2018. 83 FR 2592. The proposed regulations were issued on August 12, 2016. NOVA filed brief comments, primarily focused on the concept that documentation of a condition should not require evidence of a doctor, clinic, or hospital visit.
