ABC13 WHAM – Mark Mitchell, along with fellow veteran, David Goodsell, were featured in a 13WHAM investigative report last month looking into claims that physicals performed at the VA Outpatient Clinic in Rochester, NY were full of inaccuracies causing veterans’ disability benefits to be cut.
