CAVC – Effective February 1, 2016, recall-eligible retired Judge William P. Greene,Jr., is recalled from retired status in accordance with 38 U.S.C. § 7257(b)(1). Judge Greene shall have and exercise all of the judicial powers and duties of the office of a Judge in active service and shall otherwise perform substantial service for the Court as requested by the Chief Judge.
