Orlando Sentinel – In a letter dated June 1, U.S. Rep. Jeff Miller, a Florida Republican and chairman of the Committee on Veterans’ Affairs, asked the VA whether it conducted an investigation to find out who should be held accountable for the construction problems and delays at the facility.
