VA.gov – The Veterans Administration has 56 VA Regional Offices (VAROs) and a Veterans Service Center in Wyoming, that process disability claims and provide services to veterans. In December 2014, the Winston-Salem VARO was evaluated. Overall, 15 of the 90 claims (17%) reviewed contained processing inaccuracies.
