Healthcare Analytics News – The House Appropriations Committee released the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (VA) 2019 budget today. The bill allots a $9 billion overall bump in funding, which includes $1.2 billion for “activities related to implementation, preparation, development, interface, management, rollout, and maintenance” of a modernized electronic health records (EHR) system.
